Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 small zucchini
    2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    olive oil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half.
    Scoop
    out inner part of zucchini.
    Put in a bowl
    and chop.
    Add bread crumbs, grated cheese and enough oil to moisten.
    Mix well and fill zucchini halves. Bake at 350\u00b0 until
    zucchini are cooked.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over zucchini halves a few minutes before removing from oven.
