Apple Torte Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
5 apples, peeled and sliced thick
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Blend eggs, sugar and oil with fork; add dry ingredients and blend.
Add apples and nuts, mix well.
Dough will be stiff.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
