Copenhagen Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. minced onions
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon and cloves
4 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onions.
Drain fat.
Blend next 4 ingredients. Add to meat.
Put 2 cups of cabbage into a 2-quart casserole dish. Add 1/2 of meat mixture and repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
