Grilled Yam Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium size yams
olive oil
Preparation

Scrub the skins but do not peel.
Trim the ends.
Slice yams lengthwise into 3/4-inch thick slices.
Rub with oil.
Grill on open or closed grill over a medium-hot fire approximately 10 minutes per side or until tender when pierced.
