Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 carrot
    1 stick celery
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 c. cooked meat
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables.
    Saute in 1/4 cup oil.
    Add rice and meat.
    Scramble 2 eggs, then add with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix all together, stirring frequently over medium heat.
