Easy Cheesy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add grated cheese and blend.
    Add buttermilk, egg and oil; stir until thoroughly blended.
    Fill greased muffin pan about 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
