Southwest Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Success rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Remove from skillet.
    Cook peppers and onion until tender and crisp.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and chicken.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over rice.
