Spinach And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed and drained
    3 canned pimientos, drained and cut in thin slivers
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    6 slices crisp crumbled bacon
    pinch of sugar
    pepper to taste
    1/3 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. cheese
    garlic croutons
Preparation
    Mix together spinach and lettuce.
    Add all other ingredients except croutons.
    Toss well.
    Add croutons just before serving. Toss lightly.
