Luscious Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can (small) evaporated milk and same amount whole milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    mustard to taste
    dash of salt, pepper and garlic
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Heat oil on low heat.
    Wash and dry pork chops.
    Mix all dry ingredients and spread mustard on pork chops.
    Dip in flour mixture; fry until brown.
    Pour chicken soup and milk over chops. Cover and simmer until done.
