Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    3/4 c. diced carrots
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 small onion, diced
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Cook until soft.
    Do not drain.
    Cook 4 1/2 cups chopped broccoli until tender.
    Do not drain the broccoli.
    Put into the potato mixture.
    Add 3 tablespoons parsley flakes.
    Mix 2 1/4 cups milk and 3 tablespoons flour.
    Add to potato mixture, then add 3/4 pound cheese, cubed.
    Simmer until melted.
