Pasta And Clams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 crushed garlic cloves
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans minced clams
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. very thin pasta
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil; saute garlic and onion.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms, wine and seasonings.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add spinach and clams with a little clam juice.
    Cover until spinach wilts and is tender.
    Add cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 2.
