Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. salt-free seasoning blend
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler/fryer chickens, cut up
canola oil (for frying)
Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients.
Add chickens, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, heat 1/4-inch of oil on medium-high; fry chicken in batches for 18 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
