Sour Cream And Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 stick butter
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 c. sour cream
    lemon extract or juice (extra, for later)
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and margarine with sugar, vanilla and lemon extract until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
    Sift flour and soda together and add alternately with sour cream to egg mixture, mixing at low speed.
    Blend well but do not overmix.
    Pour into 9-inch tube pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
