Fruit Trifle(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. rum extract or vanilla
    1 frozen pound cake (10 3/4 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 c. pineapple or orange juice
    1 pt. strawberries, thinly sliced
    2 kiwi fruit, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Cut the pound cake in half lengthwise from top to bottom, then cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices.
