Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed saltine crackers (22 crackers)
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
3 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Stir in corn, onion and pimiento. Mix well. Turn into 1-quart casserole.
Toss butter with rest of cracker crumbs; sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
Bake, uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
Serves 6.
