Deviled Eggs Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 pkg. wheat crackers
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.
    Mash yolks and 1 egg white with fork.
    Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, onion and 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
    Chop remaining (3) egg whites.
    Place chopped egg whites
    on serving plate.
    Spread egg yolk mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
