Holiday Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    2 pkg. quick bread mix (any flavor)
    2 2/3 c. (one 28 oz. jar) mincemeat
    1 c. nuts, halved or chopped
    2 c. candied fruit
Preparation
    Generously grease and flour 10-inch (12 cup) Bundt pan.
    In large bowl, combine eggs and water.
    Beat well with mixer.
    Add remaining ingredients by hand, stirring until combined.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 80 to 90 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Invert on cooling rack.
    Cool completely.
    To store, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate.
    If desired, glaze with warm corn syrup and decorate with candied fruit and nuts.
