Macaroni Salad For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed
    4 c. carrots, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 lb. American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix carrots, onion and green pepper together and add to cooled macaroni.
