Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice (prepared according to directions)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown chops and season with salt and pepper.
Remove from pan and pour off any excess grease.
Add to same pan the soup and milk. Mix well, scraping bottom of pan.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Shut off.
Add onion and celery to prepared rice.
Put rice mixture in buttered casserole dish.
Top with pork chops. Pour soup mixture over top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
