Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
7 dashes Tabasco
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Preheat electric skillet to 380\u00b0.
Dredge meat cubes in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
Brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter. Add chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms; brown slightly.
Lower heat to 300\u00b0 or lower; add vinegar, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and pepper.
Mix with meat. Cover; cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over noodles, spaghetti or rice.
Serve with a nice green salad.
Serves 4 to 6.
