Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork spareribs
Preparation
-
Brown ribs in skillet.
Have ribs cut in pieces.
Add ingredients.
Place in covered baking pan.
Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Put kraut in pan.
Lift meat so kraut will be under ribs.
Cook for approximately 30 minutes longer.
Serves 6.
