Chocolate Creams(Marquise Au Chocolat - France) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz. or 1/4 kilo) block plain chocolate
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, separated
    4 oz. or 120 grams salt-free butter
Preparation
    Break chocolate up.
    Place in basin over a pan of warm water. Add brandy, water and vanilla. Stir and mix well.
    When smooth, add butter, in small pieces add 3 egg yolks only.
