Mini Peanut Butter Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
about 42 miniature peanut butter cups (remove wrappers)
Preparation

Combine butter, sugars, egg, peanut butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
Beat until smooth.
