Low-Fat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. applesauce
2 tsp. baking powder
1 container egg substitute
10 oz. carrots
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix cinnamon, flour, baking soda and baking powder together; set aside in a small bowl.
Grate and drain carrots.
Mix sugar and applesauce together in bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add carrots and mix well.
Mix in a little at a time the flour mixture, to blend, until all of the flour mixture is added.
