Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups light brown sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups self rising flour
Preparation
    Melt sugar and butter in double boiler. Mix other ingredients. Cook at 325 for 25 minutes. Line pan with wax paper and turn out on waxed paper while hot. When cool, cut into squares.
