Holy Guacamole! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. crushed chili peppers
    1 garlic clove, minced
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 scallions, finely chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Slice avocadoes in half; remove skin and toss; remove pit and save.
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend until mixture is slightly lumpy.
    To keep guacamole from turning brown, either squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over top or place avocado pit in mixture.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
