Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Unfold fillets and place, one at a time, between 2 sheets of wax paper; pound with a flat-surfaced mallet until about 1/4-inch thick.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat breast fillets with mixture.
    Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat; add chicken and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until done.
