Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. raspberry jam
Preparation
    Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
    Mix dry ingredients (except oatmeal) and stir into creamed mixture.
    Add oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of water.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Firmly press half of mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread with jam. Stir 1 tablespoon of water into remaining half of crumb mixture.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Pat smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
