Aunt Agnes' "Real" Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pkg. fresh frozen coconut
    2 c. sugar
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Let stand 2 hours, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved and \"milk\" is drawn (it gets really juicy).
    Punch holes in layers with fork, stack and fill layers.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Better made one day ahead.
