Hearty Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water
3 cubes chicken bouillon or 1 Tbsp. granular
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. shell macaroni
shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage, green pepper and onion.
In soup pot, combine other ingredients, except macaroni and cheese.
Add browned ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add uncooked macaroni and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle cheese on top.
Serves 4.
