White Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. half and half
    2 c. chicken broth
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    5 c. cooked chicken breast meat, shredded
    12 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Saute mushrooms until lightly browned. Add wine and tarragon and cook over medium heat until juices have evaporated.
    Set aside.
