Mexican Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bottle picante or salsa sauce
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick buttermilk baking mix
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick together until smooth.
    Before pouring into dishes, sprinkle 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese into each dish.
    Pour Bisquick mixture over cheese, dividing equally between the two dishes.
    Bake 25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
