Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large pieces cubed steak
    1 medium bell pepper, sliced
    1 small jar mushrooms, sliced
    garlic powder
    oregano
    salt
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, sliced
    onion powder
    basil
    pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown steak.
    Add tomato sauce, pepper strips, onion and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with seasonings; simmer for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice or creamed potatoes.
