Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. whole milk
    2 c. Carolina long grain rice
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, rice, sugar, and salt in large pot.
    Cook over high heat stirring occasionally until boiling.
    Reduce to medium heat for 45 to 60 minutes;
    stirring every few minutes so mixture does not stick to bottom of pan.
