Chris' Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    vinegar
    oil
    generous tsp. tarragon mustard
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    tarragon sprinkles (dry leaves)
Preparation
    Whizz egg yolks in blender with a dash of vinegar, then pour in oil in a thin stream until mixture emulsifies.
    Add more oil and a small amount of vinegar until desired texture, then add mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and tarragon.
