Creamy Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. condensed cream
    1 bag Fritos
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground meat in large skillet.
    Drain fat.
    Mix in Ro-Tel and cream.
    Cook on low heat.
    Cream will scorch easy.
    Cut cheese into cubes and mix into meat mixture.
    Let simmer for 20 minutes or so.
    Cajun seasoning can be added for spicier taste.
    Pour over Fritos and eat.
