Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. potatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham, cooked
Preparation

Mel butter in saucepan.
Add flour and stir.
Add milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
Stir until thick.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Meanwhile, cook potatoes until almost tender.
Drain. Pour potatoes in casserole bowl.
Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.
Add ham mix.
Dot with ham cubes.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
