Icy Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    10 c. water
    2 small boxes strawberry-banana jello
    1 can Dole pineapple juice
    1 can orange juice
    3 qt. ginger ale or 7-Up
Preparation
    Bring sugar and water to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add jello.
    Let cool slightly and add pineapple juice and orange juice.
    Freeze in Tupperware container.
    Let thaw about 4 hours before serving.
    Add ginger ale or 7-Up until slushy.
