Harriet'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened
    1 sq. Bleu cheese, softened
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cup nuts and 1/2 cup parsley.
    Combine remaining ingredients until well mixed with beater or with hands.
    Determine if you want 1 large or 3 to 4 smaller cheese balls.
    Rip off approximate number of sheets aluminum foil and spread out on counter with piece of Saran Wrap on top of each.
    Divide nuts and parsley equally on Saran.
    Divide cheese mixture.
    Shape into ball; roll in parsley/nut mixture.
    Wrap in Saran, then foil, bringing up to top like Hershey's Kiss.
    Freeze.
    Thaw to serve.
    Great with Wheat Thins or Ritz.
