Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, 3/4-inch cubes
flour to coat
2 Tbsp. fat
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (6 oz.) mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
6 to 8 drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Dip meat in flour, brown.
Add onion, garlic and mushrooms; combine soup and seasonings; pour over meat.
Simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
