Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cut up cooked turkey
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (about 1 minute) in blender on high speed. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
