Grandma'S Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    2 to 7 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift before measuring the flour.
    Resift with baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Beat well the egg yolks.
    Add melted butter or oil and milk.
    Combine liquid and dry ingredients with a few swift strokes.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Fold into batter.
    Bake until golden.
