Impossible Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
1 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (5 oz.)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
Mix chicken, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste.
Spoon over Parmesan cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed for 15 seconds, with hand beater for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 30 minutes.
Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
