Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, cut into strips
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. lite soy sauce
    1 round steak, cut into serving pieces and trim away excess fat
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine green pepper, onion, tomatoes, soy sauce, water and pieces of steak.
    Bring to a rolling boil and turn down to low heat.
    Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Can also be cooked in crock-pot.
    Serve over rice.
