Meat Loaf Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
4 slices bread, crumbled up
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. meat loaf mix
2 c. ketchup

Preparation

Mix all together and put in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, then put mushrooms on top of meat loaf and make mashed potatoes and layer it on top of mushrooms and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 more minutes.
