Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 1/2 lb.) fryers, cut up *
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves *
    1 (6 oz.) French or Russian salad dressing *
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix *
Preparation
    *Can also use 6 chicken breasts, 4 ounces apricot preserves, 3 ounces dressing and 1/2 package onion soup mix.
