Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. New York sharp cheese, shredded
    1 lb. Colby cheese, shredded
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. bell pepper, cut paper thin
    1/2 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
    pecans, cut up
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans in bowl with hands.
    Form a ball.
    Roll in pecans.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
