Shrimp-Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cheese, melted
    4 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    8 oz. cooked shrimp
    4 oz. crab meat
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper with part of milk.
    Beat out lumps. Add cheese to rest of milk in a double boiler.
    When cheese has melted, add flour mixture and Tabasco sauce.
    Stir until smooth and thickened.
    Add shrimp and crab meat.
    Pour in casserole; top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 minutes.
