Busy Mom'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium red potatoes, quartered
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Cut into quarters.
    Place potatoes, oil and dry soup in a 1/2-gallon Ziploc bag.
    Vigorously shake the bag until the potatoes are thoroughly coated.
    Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
