Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 cloves garlic
3 c. yellow rice
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. jar of Cheese Whiz
4 diced jalapenos
1 c. diced green pepper
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Saute butter, onions, celery and garlic.
Cook rice according to directions.
Add Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, Cheese Whiz, jalapenos and green pepper.
Add salt to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
